Reservation Deposit

A $25 deposit is required to confirm any reservation.

This amount will be deducted from your total invoice on the day of your appointment.

Your appointment is only considered confirmed once the deposit is received.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or modification of an appointment.

In the event of cancellation or modification with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $25 deposit will not be refunded.

In the event of a no-show without prior notice, $25 will be charged per hour reserved.
For example : if your appointment scheduled 3 hours of service, you will be charged $75 for the reserved time.

Payment of this fee will be required before any new appointment can be booked.

Lateness

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your appointment, subject to availability.

The $25 deposit will not be refunded, and no-show fees may apply if the service cannot be completed within the remaining time.
