1. Booking Policy

• Appointments can be booked online at https://salonreglow.setmore.com or directly at the salon.
• A credit card may be required to confirm certain services.

2. Arrival & Lateness

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• A delay of more than 10 minutes may result in a change or rescheduling of the service to accommodate other clients’ schedules.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Any unannounced no-show or late cancellation may result in a fee of 50% to 100% of the booked service.

4. Required Deposits

• Certain services (e.g., bridal, extensions, long-term treatments) require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation.

5. Payment

• We accept card, Interac, and cash payments.
• Tips are appreciated and go directly to your artist.

6. Products & Services

• No exchanges or refunds on services or open products.
• If you have a problem with a service, contact us within 48 hours of your visit for an adjustment.

7. Specialized Services (Laser / Bloomea / Extensions)

• A consultation is required before any technical service or advanced aesthetic treatment.
• Results may vary depending on skin type, hair type, or medical condition.
